Our Programs

Parkdale Flames provides multiple programs based on age and skill level: hockey school, house league and select league.

Hockey School

Beginners U7, U9, U11, U13
Hockey School runs every Saturday and Sunday. On Saturdays, we have multiple one-hour skills and drills sessions. Sunday schedules alternate between skills and drills training and mini hockey game where our hockey school participants can have fun implementing their new skills.

These programs are run by our hockey and skating instructors. Hockey school staff will assess your child at the start of the season to see which skills training would be best suited for each player.

House League

These programs are available for U9, U11, U13, U15, U18 and U21 age groups. Parkdale Flames House League has multiple teams in each age group over the fall and winter seasons.

Select League

Players from our House League program are encouraged to try out for the Parkdale Flames Select teams. As part of the North York Hockey League, our Select teams represent Parkdale against teams from across Toronto and participate in 2-3 weekend tournaments.

Training Camps

We run special training camps throughout the year. Keep your eye open for our spring and summer training camps. Our camps for both players and goalies sell out fast!
